Edwards Most Electable – Hillary Most Objectionable

The analysts at PresidentElectionPolls.com went through the general election matchup polls and found that the most competitive Democratic candidate against the Republicans was John Edwards.

Hillary Refuses To Answer “Yes or No”

Obama spokesman Bill Burton, in referring to agents of the Clinton campaign spreading rumors they have revealing video of Obama, said: “The ‘experience’ America’s looking for today is not the practiced Washington art of evasion and deflection. Once again, the Clinton campaign refuses to answer two simple, direct questions: Are ‘agents’ of their campaign spreading these rumors? And do they have ’scandalous’ information that they are not releasing? ‘Yes or no?’”

The operative word here is “Agent”, not “staff member” of the Clinton campaign.  I would go looking under James Carville’s bed for followup on this story.  Let Carville answer “yes or no”.

Hillary Flip-Flops On NAFTA – So Says Obama

It seems Obama may have finally hit on a strategy that works, calling Hillary out on issues she has flip-flopped on.  I expect the Hillary shills to fire back with an issue Obama has flipped on.  However, Obama has already steaked out the position that over time his views have changed, and most often for the better.  If Obama has the moral courage to see it through, this might just get to the Hillary machine, a little.

Obama Attacks Clinton’s Ethanol Shift

 Looking more and more like John Kerry, Clinton flip-flops on another issue.  She has also flip-flopped on her position on nuclear power.  Citing Hillary’s Kerry-like flip-flops is an effective strategy for Obama.  Now we must wait and see if he has the character and heart to see it through.  Looks like Democrats in Iowa do care about character issues.

Obama Says Clinton Too Slow To Response To Novak

 It’s true, Hillary, like most liberals must sniff the political winds, parse the words, calculate the timing, and then respond.  Hillary has delayed to let the full effect of the Novak article sink in with moderates that might jump to Obama.  That’s calculated.  However, this supreme desire to control every aspect of the campaign can backfire, as see with Hillary’s multiple positions on Spitzer’s failed license for illegals push.  Hillary didn’t count on 72% of NY Democrats opposing Spitzer.  Time and time again Hillary has supposed she knows better than the general public, what good for the public.  This is one of the cornerstones, and identifiable traits of the true liberal philosophy, the “We (I) know better than you, what’s good/right/moral for you”.
